On-Site Rig Operations & Drilling Supervisor
- •Supervise daily drilling, tripping, casing, cementing, and well intervention activities.
- •Manage drilling crew shifts, toolpusher coordination, and rig mast maintenance protocols.
- •Ensure compliance with well control procedures and maintain API standard BOP readiness.
- •Liaise directly with client company representatives and production managers for job execution.
- •Degree or Diploma in Petroleum Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
- •Valid IWCF / IADC Well Control Certificate (Level 4 Supervisor Level).
- •Hands-on experience on 1000HP - 2000HP drilling rigs and 50T - 100T workover rigs.
- •Impeccable safety record with demonstrated field leadership under high-pressure conditions.
