Role Overview
Direct all rig floor operations, equipment maintenance, and crew coordination on 50T - 100T mobile workover rigs executing workover, completion, fishing, and well revitalization.
Primary Responsibilities
What You Will Lead & Deliver
- Direct toolpushing operations across workover, well completion, artificial lift installation, and fishing jobs.
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for mast, drawworks, hydraulic catheads, and BOP stacks.
- Instill strict Zero-LTI compliance across all rig crew shifts.
- Interface with client drilling engineers on daily operational reporting and well tally records.
Qualifications & Experience
Profile & Technical Requirements
- Extensive field experience as Toolpusher on mobile workover rigs (50T - 100T capacity).
- Valid IADC / IWCF certification.
- Demonstrated crisis management, downhole problem-solving, and fishing expertise.
- Strong leadership to mentor junior drillers, floormen, and derrickmen.
