Role Overview
Oversee Real Time Monitoring Systems (RTMS), SCADA telemetry, PLC controllers, and custody transfer instrumentation across hydrocarbon collecting stations and compressor plants.
Primary Responsibilities
What You Will Lead & Deliver
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain RTMS transmitters, flow computers, and ESD systems.
- Manage telemetry link stability between remote wellhead RTMS skids and central control rooms.
- Ensure adherence to hazardous area electrical classifications (Zone 0/1/2) and flameproof standards.
- Lead FAT/SAT inspections for new gas compression and custody metering packages.
Qualifications & Experience
Profile & Technical Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with oil & gas SCADA systems, Rockwell/Siemens PLCs, and Rosemount/Yokogawa transmitters.
- Knowledge of OISD-113, API, and IEC standards for hazardous areas.
- Hands-on telemetry troubleshooting skills in onshore oilfield installations.
